1. Acceptance of Terms
By using x100ai.space and the x100sales platform ("Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by x100ai ("Company").
2. Service Description
x100sales is an AI platform for sales departments, providing: • AI analysis of phone calls against defined criteria. • AI role-play training for sales managers. • Customizable analytics dashboard. • Integration with CRM systems and telephony. Functionality may be updated and expanded.
3. Registration and Access
To use the platform, you need to submit a request and go through the onboarding process. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
4. Payment and Billing
Service costs are calculated based on actual usage (per-minute billing). Current rates are listed on the Pricing page. The Company reserves the right to change rates with 30 days prior notice. The free trial period (7 days) is provided once.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the x100sales platform, including software, design, AI algorithms, trademarks, and content, belong to the Company. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service within your paid subscription. Copying, modification, reverse engineering, or distribution of Service components is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. • Data loss due to force majeure. • Decisions made based on AI analytics. The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid during the last 3 months of use.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by notifying us via email. The Company may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms, non-payment, or use of the Service for illegal purposes. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by international commercial law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
