1. Acceptance of Terms
By using x100sales.com and the x100sales platform ("Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by X100GROUP LLC ("Company"), registered at 4830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #36085, Casper, WY 82609, USA.
2. Service Description
x100sales handles inbound leads for sales teams and reviews sales conversations. The Service includes: • Answering and qualifying inbound leads, and handing ready buyers to your team. • Review and scoring of calls and online meetings against defined criteria. • Practice sessions for sales reps. • A dashboard and reporting. Functionality may be updated and expanded.
3. Registration and Access
To use the platform, you need to submit a request and go through the onboarding process. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
4. Fees and Billing
Fees, billing periods and payment terms are set out in the commercial proposal and order form agreed with you in writing. No fees apply beyond what is agreed there. The Company may change agreed terms only with 30 days prior written notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the x100sales platform, including software, design, algorithms, trademarks, and content, belong to the Company. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service under your agreement. Copying, modification, reverse engineering, or distribution of Service components is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. • Data loss due to force majeure. • Decisions made on the basis of our reports. The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid during the last 3 months of use.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by notifying us via email. The Company may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms, non-payment, or use of the Service for illegal purposes. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by international commercial law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
